Placeholder sampling protocol

This is not a real protocol. It exists so the Protocols page has something to show before real documents are added.

In Pages CMS, create a new Protocols entry, fill in the title, short description, and category, upload a PDF or Word file, and write the overview in the body. Then delete this placeholder and the PDF at /data/protocols/placeholder-sampling-protocol.pdf.
